FIPAN 2025

FIPAN 2025 will take place from July 22 to 25, 2025, at Expo Center Norte, in the Vila Guilherme district of São Paulo, Brazil. The fair is one of the most important events in Latin America for the bakery, confectionery, coffee, gelato, pizza, and food service sectors. It targets industry professionals and business managers, with around 450 exhibitors, 1,500 brands, and an expected attendance of approximately 55,000 to 59,000 professionals. There will also be national and international competitions, such as the Cake Championship, the World Pizza Championship, the UIBC International Young Bakers Competition, and gelato contests, all judged by technical experts and offering awards.
